Bucaramanga is a regional coffee with a classic, consistent quality. Grown at altitudes of 1,200 to 1,5000 metres above sea level using shade cultivation, the cooler temperature help the coffee fruit mature more slowly, developing complex sugars in the fruit and a uniform ripening on the tree.
