Anaerobic Bloody Anaerobic - Indonesian Wet-Hulled Anaerobic

This Bean is truly something special. One of our Roastery Team, Harry, was in the process of entering a Coffee Roasting competition. He sourced out this delicious coffee from Indonesia and spent extra time ensuring it was roasted perfectly. 

Unfortunately for Harry the competition got cancelled. Lucky for everyone else Harry's hard work and dedication resulted in a deliciously fun and exciting coffee full of sweet and tart flavours. A lot like a bag of Tangfastics.
