What will you be up to day to day as a Yorks General Assistant?

As a Kitchen Assistant you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of foods prepared in order to satisfy and exceed expectations. You will be responsible for the efficient clearing and washing of dishes and equipment, and looking after the areas you work within, making sure they are clean, tidy and well maintained at all times.

This role is imperative to the smooth running of the kitchen, the timely output of great quality and well presented dishes, and the overall satisfaction of our guests.

As a General Assistant Front of House, your role will include clearing tables and the bar area, washing and replacing glasses and cups, and ensuring Front of House cleanliness hygiene is maintained efficiently.

All General Assistants will be required to cover other areas as required.
